Sales Associate (Client Service)
Location: Textile Apparel Store
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time (Shifts within 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Sunday)
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Sales Associate to join our Client Service team at Textile Apparel. As a Sales Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, offering exceptional service and guiding them through their entire shopping experience. If you have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a dynamic retail environment, we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable customer service to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or inquiries.
- Actively contribute to business growth by assisting in the implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring sales floor, washrooms, and staff areas are tidy and presentable.
- Assist with merchandise inventory management, including receiving inventory shipments, maintaining sales floor inventory levels, and organizing back stock.
- Support special projects as needed, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and respond to their needs.
- Positive, service-based attitude. We provide real customer service in-store and online
- Familiarity with fashion and garment industry processes and terminology
- A passion for quality fashion (not designer brands) with a strong focus on sustainability and an understanding of the value it brings to the industry and the customer.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Ability to handle cash and work with Shopify POS.
Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
- Hours of operation range from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday, based on a scheduled shift.
- Occasional heavy lifting required as part of inventory management and store upkeep.

- Maintaining the confidentiality of all company and customer information is crucial.
- Tact, discretion, and professionalism must be used in all customer interactions to uphold the positive image of Textile Apparel.
