Full-time Sales Associate

Job Summary

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be a key part of the customer experience on our sales floor. You’ll bring genuine product knowledge, attentive service, and a warm presence that reflects our values of ethics and professionalism. We work in the ethical fashion and home goods spaces.

Responsibilities

• Provide genuine, attentive service that builds long-term client relationships
• Maintain strong product and brand knowledge
• Support sales goals and in-store event execution
• Keep the sales floor, stockroom, and common areas clean and organized
• Receive and organize inventory; maintain stock levels on the floor
• Assist with special projects as required

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience in clothing / home goods or closely related retail required. This is not an introductory position.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales ability in a customer-focused retail environment — this means building relationships with customers so they ask for you when they return, not simply ringing people through a till
• Knowledge of apparel, textiles, or fashion is an asset
• High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team

Working Conditions

• Must have flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift boxes when required
